Okay, so it’s been a few years. 

I must admit that I had to make a choice between writing, and hanging out with five very cool—very tiny—people.  For reasons of sanity, the kids won.  But now that everyone is finally, sigh, in school, I’m back in my office.

Every day, these five people bring home some pretty cool books from the school library and I find that my tastes in reading have changed.  Captain Underpants® rocks.  And don’t even get me started on Junie B. Jones®.

 And so, I’ve been scribbling madly for the children’s market and hope to have something in print by next year.

 For fans of my Brubakers series, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, all for your sweet letters of inquiry.  I do hope, one day, to find the time to marry off the other nine kids, but until then, you’ll find me sitting in the teen section at the library with the kids, gobbling up the latest Gallagher® Girls books.

 As soon as I have any news on my Young Adult endeavors, I promise to post it before the next five years zing by…
